WINE CLUB POLICY
MEMBERSHIP
When purchasing a wine club product on this website you understand that by registering on this website you are consenting to becoming a wine club member. Further, you understand that you will receive wine club allocations on average twice per year, usually in April and October. Your credit card will be charged, on average, ten days in advance of the order being fulfilled for shipping.
PICK UP
When my order is placed I understand that if I elect ‘pick-up,’ that I am required to pick up my entire allotment within 35 days of release.
Minimum Participation
By placing my wine club product order I consent to participate in at least one wine club allotment.
Refund Policy
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All products and services offered for sale on this website are considered final sale and no refunds or returns are permitted.
REFUNDS FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS
Refunds are only permitted for physical products when at the sole responsibility of the club an incorrect product is supplied to the customer or the product is not received by the customer as detailed in the product description. In order to receive a full refund, the customer must show a printed receipt of the original item ordered as proof the item was supplied incorrectly or not supplied at all. In this case, refunds will only be made to the original payment method and only for incorrect or omitted physical product.

When you visit the website, voluntarily sign up for an online service through our website, or make a payment using our website, it is necessary for us to collect certain personal information.
