The Cloak 500 ml • 11.4 abv
Imperial Stout aged in whiskey barrels for 11-24 months. Layered with notes of toasted hazelnut, dark fruit, including strong raspberry notes, chocolate and vanilla creating a rich and complex beer.
The End of King George 500 ml • 11.6 abv
This barleywine was brewed in April of 2020 and aged in red wine barrels. In the aging process this beer gained a rich coppery color, more oaky characters, notes of vanilla, granny smith apples, and creme brûlée.
The Stave 500 ml • 5.4
Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. A complex, tart base that blends with the tropical and citrus notes of the hops to create a refreshing beer that finishes tart and crips with a rich bronze color from its oak aging.
