We are blessed to have a mated pair of bald eagles near our property, and we get to see them nearly every day! One of our local residents has dubbed them George and Martha, and although we’ve been calling the male eagle Bob, we’ve decided her choice of name is more fitting. George guards his territory from his favorite tree, and gives our guests a show regularly! We’ve also been lucky enough to see them in flight as they hunt up and down Red Mountain. These amazing photographs were taken recently by a guest, and she graciously shared them with us. We hope you’ll get a chance to see them when you visit!
